What we collect on this site
We collect very little here
On this site, the only personal information we ask for is your email address, and only when you request the complimentary book or start your Starter sign-up. We don't run third-party ad trackers on this page.
Your email is used for one thing
We use it to send you what you asked for and to follow up about the program. We never sell your information, and we never share it outside the program team.
You can ask us to delete it
Email us at any time and we'll remove your details from our records. No forms, no hoops.
How the platform protects your business
Your business data stays yours
Inside the BOS-UP platform, every company's data is separated at the database level with row-level security, verified through live multi-tenant testing. Each signed-in business sees only its own records.
Real accounts, real authentication
Email-confirmed sign-up, secure sessions, and password reset, live and tested end to end. There are no shared logins for real users.
Nothing counts until you approve it
The program drafts. You decide. Nothing becomes a business record until the owner approves it: a built-in human gate on everything the program produces.
No card data on our systems
We never store payment card details. Any checkout runs through a dedicated payment provider, so card handling stays off our systems entirely.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Connections to the site and platform run over TLS, and stored data is encrypted at rest on our infrastructure providers.
Certified foundations
Every layer the platform runs on (hosting, database, AI providers, email) is operated by vendors holding current SOC 2 Type II attestations, and most hold ISO 27001. Our AI providers do not use our API data to train their models.
Security is a practice, not a finish line. We review our posture regularly, test with real users, and keep strengthening the program as it grows. Questions about any of this, or a deletion request, are always welcome: ethan@bos-up.coach.
