Builder is an interactive 90-day program designed to help you and your leadership team build a Business Operating System around the way your company works.
This is not simply training. You learn the essential concepts, tools, and disciplines of a great BOS while putting them to work on your actual business. Your coach guides the process, asks the right questions, challenges the team when needed, and helps you work through real issues, opportunities, priorities, and decisions together.
Across three all-day sessions, you build the foundation of your BOS, align around where the company is going, and turn that direction into clear goals and priorities. Between sessions, your team puts the system to work, builds new habits, and continues moving the business forward.

The 90-day experience

Foundation Setting
The first session is about putting the essential foundation of your BOS in place.
Together, you work through your Organizational Chart, establish your first 90-day Rocks, create your Scorecard, learn how to run effective weekly meetings, and build an honest Issues List around what deserves the team's attention.
Your coach facilitates the conversation while your leadership team does the real work. You discuss, challenge, decide, and build the system together so everyone understands not only what you are putting in place, but how and why it works.
By the end of the day, your BOS is no longer an idea. It is taking shape around your company.

Vision Setting
Approximately three to four weeks later, the team comes back together to focus on where the company is going and what matters most along the way.
You clarify your core values, purpose, long-term direction, and the vision you want the organization aligned around. The conversation creates room for different perspectives, important questions, and the kind of dialogue leadership teams do not always have time to tackle during the normal pace of business.
The goal is shared understanding. Everyone leaves knowing what the company stands for, where it is headed, and what that means for the decisions ahead.

Goal Setting
The final session connects your vision to measurable execution.
Your team establishes clear one-year and three-year goals, identifies the priorities that matter most, and translates them into quarterly Rocks with ownership and accountability. You also revisit what you have implemented throughout the 90 days, refine what is working, and address anything that needs additional attention.
By the end of Builder, your leadership team has a customized BOS it understands, has helped create, and knows how to use.
Between the sessions
The work continues after everyone leaves the room.
Throughout the 90 days, your leadership team puts what you have built into practice. You refine the Organizational Chart, run Weekly Team Meetings, track the Scorecard, work through Issues, advance your Rocks, and begin creating the operating rhythm that works for your company.
Your certified BOS-UP coach stays connected throughout the program, providing perspective, accountability, support, and experienced guidance as your team learns by doing.
