Scaler is our most comprehensive coaching program, designed for owners and leadership teams who want an experienced BOS-UP coach working directly with them throughout the year.
It includes everything in Builder and continues from there. You get the same hands-on approach to building and implementing your Business Operating System, with additional quarterly and annual sessions that help your team stay focused, aligned, accountable, and connected to the priorities that matter most.
Your coach is more than a facilitator. They become a trusted ally who knows your business, understands your team, asks important questions, provides perspective, and helps you work through real issues, opportunities, priorities, and decisions as they happen.

The year-long experience
Seven full days. One leadership team. One customized BOS. One year together.

Foundation Setting
The first session is about putting the essential foundation of your BOS in place.
Together, you work through your Organizational Chart, establish your first 90-day Rocks, create your Scorecard, learn how to run effective weekly meetings, and build an honest Issues List around what deserves the team's attention.
Your coach facilitates the conversation while your leadership team does the real work. You discuss, challenge, decide, and build the system together so everyone understands not only what you are putting in place, but how and why it works.
By the end of the day, your BOS is no longer an idea. It is taking shape around your company.

Vision Setting
Approximately three to four weeks later, the team comes back together to focus on where the company is going and what matters most along the way.
You clarify your core values, purpose, long-term direction, and the vision you want the organization aligned around. The conversation creates room for different perspectives, important questions, and the kind of dialogue leadership teams do not always have time to tackle during the normal pace of business.
The goal is shared understanding. Everyone leaves knowing what the company stands for, where it is headed, and what that means for the decisions ahead.

Goal Setting
The third session connects your vision to measurable execution.
Your team establishes clear one-year and three-year goals, identifies the priorities that matter most, and translates them into quarterly Rocks with ownership and accountability. You also revisit what you have implemented, refine the system as needed, and address anything that deserves additional attention.
With the foundation, vision, and goals in place, your team is ready to move into an ongoing quarterly operating rhythm.
- 4 & 5
Quarterly Sessions
The next two sessions, one day each, are dedicated to working on the business together.
Your leadership team reviews performance, Scorecard trends, Rocks, priorities, people, and Issues. You celebrate progress, learn from what happened, solve what needs to be solved, and establish the next set of quarterly priorities.
Your coach brings an experienced outside perspective to the room, helping the team ask better questions, work through difficult conversations, and make thoughtful decisions without taking those decisions away from the people who know the business best.
Each quarter becomes an opportunity to pause, recalibrate, and move forward with purpose.
- 6 & 7
Two-Day Annual Session
The two-day annual session brings the year together and looks ahead to what comes next.
Your team reviews the year, revisits the company's vision and longer-term direction, evaluates progress against its goals, and works through the most important opportunities and priorities for the year ahead. You update the BOS where appropriate and establish the next annual and quarterly goals.
It is both a look back and a look forward, giving your leadership team dedicated time to think, discuss, decide, and prepare for another year.
Between the sessions
Your coach stays in your corner all year.
Scaler extends well beyond the seven days everyone spends together. Your certified BOS-UP coach stays connected throughout the year with ongoing coaching, consultative support, and experienced perspective when you need it.
Your coach can participate in selected Weekly Team Meetings, help your team leverage the Ninety platform, provide executive and performance coaching, and support you as new issues, opportunities, people decisions, and priorities emerge.
Scaler also includes the BOS-UP Guidebook, supporting tools and resources, and access to your virtual, automated online coach, giving your team another way to access the BOS-UP Coaching Solution & Academy between sessions.
